We’re looking for a Short-Form Production Intern who wants to grow as a video editor and videographer in the social-first production space. This 4-month paid internship is designed for someone who already has a foundation in video, enjoys editing short-form content, and is ready to gain real experience in a professional production environment. You’ll work a minimum of 15 hrs per week in our downtown studio or on set with us, performing the following tasks:
What You’ll Do
- Post Production: Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms. You’ll focus on pacing, structure, captions, sound, visuals, and keeping content engaging.
- Media Management: Organize footage, prep files, manage project assets, and help keep post-production workflows clean and efficient.
- Trend Awareness & Execution: Stay current on trends, editing styles, platform shifts, and creative techniques. Bring ideas to the table and apply what you’re seeing in the social space to real client work.
- On Set Support: Assist on short-form shoots, including helping capture content, supporting the flow of production, assisting with gear, and learning how our team approaches social-first filming.
- Gear Support: Help with basic gear prep, organization, and upkeep related to short-form shoots as needed.

Technical Requirements
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent editing software.
- Basic working knowledge of camera systems, Sony or similar preferred.
- Familiarity with Mac OS.
- Proficient in G-Suite, including Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
- Understanding of social media platforms and what works in short-form content.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently both independently and with a team.
