First and foremost, we need someone who is fun, creative and gels well with our team and clients. We’re a goofy group, so weirdness is welcomed. Secondly, we need someone with an adaptive mindset. They need to be able to change their style and create truly unique designs based on the truly unique brands we work with. Of course, it’s also necessary they have experience managing multiple clients at the same time, they are organized, and can communicate well both in person and digitally (ya ya know, grammar goodly).  This person will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience with direct experience working for an agency or in a position managing/designing for multiple accounts….
