Chloe has been part of Big Slate since 2020, and over the years she’s become one of the people our clients and team trust most when there’s a lot on the line.

As Executive Producer and Account Director, she leads projects from the earliest conversations through final delivery, helping shape the strategy, build the right team and keep every moving piece headed in the same direction. She’s worked across national brands, complex productions and long-term client partnerships, bringing the same level of thoughtfulness and attention whether the project is big or small.

What makes Chloe especially good at what she does is how much she cares. She digs in, asks the right questions and works incredibly hard to understand what a client is actually trying to accomplish before anyone starts making anything. That mix of strategy, empathy and follow-through has made her a huge part of how Big Slate builds relationships and produces work we’re proud to put our name on.

A University of Tennessee marketing grad, Chloe first joined Big Slate as an intern and has been growing alongside the company ever since.
